Tidbit #16

Have you ever had an interior door in your home that would not stay open or closed? The cause could be loose screws at the hinges, poor installation or settling of the home over time. First make sure the screws are all tight. If you still have an issue, remove 1-hinge pin and lay it on a flat cement surface and strike it with a hammer putting a slight bend in the pin. Then hammer the pin back into the hinge and your problem will be solved.
